Simon’s approach

No two senior teams or organisations are the same so the approach he take varies. Generally, he spends a few days understanding the top team and it’s dynamic, confidentially meeting with each individual and often attending meetings.

This way he can build a picture of the themes that need to be explored.

He then facilitates a senior team development session, exploring these themes and facilitating discussions in a way that promotes understanding and improves performance. Even the most cynical find these sessions helpful and constructive. Often we set up regular follow up sessions to monitor and build on progress.
